In 2018, Patricia began exploring Traditional Cooking with Monica Corrado, from Simply Being Well, LLC. she learned the importance of time proven ways to prepare foods for the best nutrition and ease of digestion as our forefathers did and she became a Standard Process/MediHerb whole food supplement and Heart Sound Recorder provider. She began to heal from her illness using these simple approaches to health.
